This is a web-based program for people who are self-motivated, have experience using kettlebells, and are looking
for well balanced training that includes, resistance, flexibility, and cardiovascular challenges. The goal of swing
club is to provide individuals with a method of obtaining a level of wellness that covers more than just simply being physically
fit. We want you to maximize your efficiency working out and get good effective training all without having to stress
the pocketbook or wallet. Each week will present
different challenges: - You will have four different
kettlebell workout challenges each week, some will focus on building muscular strength, some on increasing your cardiovascular
fitness.
- Coming soon we will provide flexibility and
movement training with joint mobility, postural alignment and flexibility using the Egoscue Method, and Yoga movements as
ways to supplement your kettlebell training.
Each day is important in it's own way, and you may not be as fond of one type of workout as you are of another
but usually the workouts that are the most challenging for you are the ones you need the most! As a club member you will not only have access to all of the
workouts and videos on technique for all of the basic kettlebell and movement exercises you will also get tips on how to stay
on top of your health. You will be provided with tips on all aspects of wellness and be able to use Swing Club as a
go to resource for everything to do with health. The fee for Swing Club is $25 a month.
