Sample Swing Club Workouts

K.O.R.E. Wellness provides samples of the daily challenges as an example of what to expect from Swing Club and does not assume risk if you attempt a workout without proper knowledge of kettlebell technique.  As with any strength training exercise, injury can occur especially with poor technique or attempting to lift a weight that exceeds your capabilities.  Proceed at your own risk!  If you are a beginner with kettlebells seek out an RKC Certified Kettlebell Instructor at www.dragondoor.com before attempting any kettlebell exercise on your own.
